BB Turbo Yeast and Carbonation in Beer
Turbo yeast is the fastest and easiest way to produce alcohol quickly. Once created, its ethanol (booze) can then be distilled further to make other liquors such as whiskey and vodka.
If your beer has not fully carbonated after 7-10 days with proper use of high quality turbo yeast and the correct water temperature for fermentation, our Carbonation Products might help get it carbonating perfectly.
Assure that the gas line and regulator are working correctly by briefly bleeding off gas through the pressure release valve of your keg (with its red knob). If you hear bubbling noises coming from within it, that indicates its proper workings; otherwise it could indicate leaks in its structure or that pressure has dropped too low for optimal performance.
Restart Yeast can help determine whether fermentation has stalled. Sometimes yeast becomes cold and dormant, but if you can warm up or add Restart Yeast then it might help get fermentation back underway.
Express Turbo yeast is one of the fastest yeasts available, fermenting 6 kg dextrose in 24 hours to produce an ABV wash of 14% ABV (provided that both liquid and air temperatures meet these yeast’s optimal requirements). As this strain is particularly susceptible to temperature variations, only use it when you can maintain its ideal conditions for optimal performance.
